I read several reports on this from the EEF. Totally fascinating. In 2000 my wife and I received permission from Dr. Hawass to visit the Tomb of Osiris at Giza. That was a deep shaft with late dynasty burials leading down to a pool filled with water. This new find is symbolically the same but with tiered levels and several shafts.
